Try two pairs in the comfort of your home. No upfront payment. Only pay if you keep one.

1. Select Your Styles

Use the Try at Home button and add two items to your cart.

2. Checkout & Payment Hold

We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep a pair of sunglasses.

3. Experience our Fit

Once your order arrives, you will have three days to try on two pairs of glasses. Style them with your wardrobe, feel the difference, and take your time.

4. Keep What You Love

Finalise your order in your Customer Portal. You'll only be charged for what you keep. If you return both frames, a $15 restocking fee applies. Keep one? No fee applies.

5. Easy & Free Returns

If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label by email when we receive your return request through the portal. A $15 restocking fee applies only if you return both.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Currently, we only accept debit/credit cards and Shop Pay for Home Try On orders. Buy Now, Pay Later services like Afterpay or ZipPay are not supported as we require the ability to authorise and adjust the final charge based on items kept.

  • When you use our Try at Home service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout.

    We will then authorise your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage.

    The authorisation simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.

  • You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.

  • The Restocking fee is a $15 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order.

    This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns.

    It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.

  • Try Before You Buy orders must be completed in the Try with Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.

  • Trial periods can’t be extended. We know life gets busy, but our Home Try-On stock is limited and in high demand.

    To avoid being charged, we recommend opening your package and trying your frames as soon as they arrive.

    We’ll also send reminders via email and text, so you don’t miss your window.

  • We’re a small team and each pair needs to be returned, cleaned, and quality checked before it can go to the next customer.

    To keep things fair for everyone, we stick to the 3-day trial window. Try them early, we’ll send email and SMS reminders to help keep you on track.

  • Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.
