Hyesun acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we’re based, the Gubbi Gubbi people of the Sunshine Coast. We recognise that sovereignty was never ceded. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping (Australia Only)
We currently ship within Australia only.
Dispatch Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days from our studio on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order has left us.
Estimated Delivery
– Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (included in all purchases over $330)
– Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on location)
Carriers
We ship via Australia Post. While we can't control carrier delays, we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
Pre-orders & Backorders
If an item is marked as a pre-order or backorder, estimated delivery timeframes will be clearly stated on the product page.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Buying sunglasses online can be tricky. Fit, style, how they feel on your face... sometimes you need to try them on to know for sure. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as straightforward as possible.
Change of Mind Returns
- You’ve got 7 days from delivery to decide if they’re right for you. If not, no problem, as long as:
- They’re unused and unworn
- You’ve kept all the original packaging (case, cloth, box, and printed cards)
- They’re in resellable condition
If something comes back used, damaged, or missing parts, we may need to decline the return. In that case, you can choose to have the item sent back to you (at your cost) or forfeited.
Your Return Options
If your return is approved, you can choose:
– A refund (minus a $15 restocking fee)
– An exchange for another style or colour (no fee)
– A store credit valid for 3 years (no fee)
Restocking Fee
A flat $15 restocking fee applies to all refunds. This covers some of the cost of shipping, inspection, and repackaging. We waive this fee for exchanges as a small thank you for continuing to shop with us.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If you're requesting a refund, return shipping is at your expense. You can organise your own tracked return, or we can send you a prepaid Australia Post label and simply deduct the cost from your refund.
As a small independent brand, we cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges and store credits, but we do ask refund requests to cover theirs. This helps us keep things sustainable while still offering a flexible return policy.
We always recommend tracked shipping, as we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Tried Two, Keeping One?
Great. If you ordered two to compare and are sending one back, we’ll also waive the restocking fee. Just make sure the returned pair meets the usual conditions above.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Warranty Claims
If your sunglasses arrive with a fault or issue, check our Warranty Policy for next steps. We offer a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects, and we’re here to help.
