2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

We accept payment via major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure gateways offered at checkout.

Discount codes may be issued at our discretion. Some are single-use only, and usage conditions will be clearly stated where relevant.

3. Orders & Availability

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected misuse, or payment issues.


If an item is listed as pre-order or backorder, it will be clearly marked. Estimated delivery dates are provided but may be subject to change.

4. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide only. Orders are dispatched from the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
Delivery timeframes vary by location and shipping method.


Once dispatched, Hyesun is not liable for postal delays or loss, but we’ll assist where we can.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in resellable condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

A restocking fee applies, and return postage is at your cost. Exchanges are welcome and do not incur a restocking fee.

Sale items are final.

Returns that don’t meet the conditions may be rejected.

6. Warranty

All sunglasses are covered by a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For full warranty details visit our Warranty Page.

7. Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards and store credits issued by Hyesun are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in line with Australian consumer law. They are not redeemable for cash.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (including reviews, photos, or testimonials via Omnisend or directly), you grant Hyesun permission to use, edit, and share this content across our website, social media, email marketing, or advertising.

We may lightly edit for formatting or clarity, but we’ll always respect your intent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, product designs, photography, text, and visuals, is the property of Hyesun and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyesun excludes liability for any loss, damage, or indirect costs resulting from the use of our website or products—except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
